These terms apply to the Lockership app for Shopify and this website. Lockership is provided by Kacper David Staniš (individuali veikla), IV pažyma Nr. 1434941, Vilnius, Lietuva. By installing the app you accept these terms on behalf of your store.
The service
Lockership lets a Shopify store show parcel lockers to buyers, create shipping labels and courier pick-ups with the store’s own carrier accounts, sync tracking to Shopify, and run a returns and exchanges page. Features may change as the app improves; we will not remove a core feature without notice.
Your carrier contracts
Labels, pick-ups and cash-on-delivery services are provided by the carrier under your own contract with it. Carrier prices, invoices, delivery times, liability for parcels and claims are between you and the carrier. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send (addresses, weights, contents, cash-on-delivery amounts) and for keeping your carrier login valid.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and only for your own store’s orders.
- Tell your buyers how their data is used, including in your own privacy policy.
- Check labels, refunds and exchanges before you confirm them; the app acts on your instructions.
Fees
Plans and prices are shown in the Shopify App Store and billed through Shopify. During early access we will tell you about pricing before any charge starts. Refunds of app fees follow Shopify’s billing rules.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Lockership available at all times, but carriers, Shopify and our hosting provider can have outages we do not control. Support is provided by email at support@lockership.com.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, carrier errors, delays or lost parcels. Our total liability is limited to the app fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Data
We process data as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and acts as our data processing terms for order and buyer data.
Ending
You can uninstall the app at any time; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access for misuse or unpaid fees after notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
